Returning an Item
- Returns are accepted if the item is faulty or not as described. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Please contact us for a returns authorization before sending an item back. Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, using a trackable method and include all original packaging and components.
- Include one of the following in your return package: a copy of your returns authorization email, your invoice, or a covering letter with your order information. Returns must be sent to the address on your invoice using a trackable method.
- We can offer an exchange where available, provided the item is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed in compliance with your statutory rights.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
Non-Delivery
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, contact us to discuss a replacement, store credit, or refund.
